Technical Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a technically savvy, highly organized operations generalist to manage the day‑to‑day technical and operational needs of our fast‑growing performance marketing business. The role sits at the intersection of technical operations, partner tech, campaign execution, creative compliance, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational and technical setup of new partners, campaigns, and traffic sources, ensuring accurate and timely launches.
• Manage high‑volume creative approval workflows, coordinating between external partners, clients, and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve tracking discrepancies, integration issues, and data inconsistencies.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.

Required profile

• Experience in technical, marketing, affiliate, or ad operations roles.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms and troubleshoot integrations independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage many requests without losing detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and comfort working in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms such as TUNE or Everflow.
• Experience with performance‑marketing technologies, APIs, pixels, and lead management systems.
• Use of AI tools to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools, CRM systems, and project‑management platforms.
