User Growth Senior Analyst

About the role

The User Growth Senior Analyst will drive growth for DiDi’s fast‑growing grocery business line, combining data‑driven analysis with strategic campaign execution across online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute user growth campaigns that blend acquisition and engagement to achieve sustainable growth.
• Analyze traffic and user‑behavior data to uncover opportunities, optimize strategies, and guide users through effective journeys.
• Build trackers, dashboards, and performance reports to monitor results and translate data into actionable insights.
• Identify new growth opportunities and lead strategic projects such as platform pricing and promotional strategies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in online grocery, food delivery, e‑commerce, marketplaces, or similar fast‑paced digital businesses.
• Operational and analytical background in data analytics, consulting, marketing, growth, operations management, or tech.
• Self‑motivated with strong ownership, capable of driving projects from analysis to execution.
