About the role

You will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on machines, equipment, tools and the physical plant. The role aims to ensure operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction while contributing to the evolution of the cold‑chain sector in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all assigned assets.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance actions and spare parts usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all maintenance work.
• Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Required profile

• Experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
• Strong focus on efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and follow authorized maintenance procedures.
• Willingness to contribute to the growth of the cold‑chain business in Latin America.
