About the role

We are seeking a proactive and agile Talent Recruiter with a strong digital focus to join our team. The role centers on attracting and selecting content creators, hosts, and on‑camera talent for TikTok Live projects, requiring a strategic mindset that aligns with the fast‑moving world of digital entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute large‑scale sourcing campaigns for creators, MCs, and young talent across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms.
• Conduct screenings and casting evaluations that assess soft skills, on‑camera presence and digital performance.
• Connect with ideal profiles and build pipelines through talent agencies, modeling, acting and dancing networks.
• Collaborate with content and production teams to ensure cultural and creative fit of selected talent.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Produce and update recruitment reports, metrics and leverage AI tools to improve HR processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social‑media recruitment, talent agencies or similar environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with models, actors, dancers and content creators.
• Self‑management, resilience, goal‑orientation and a results‑driven attitude.
• Proactive, solution‑focused mindset and passion for continuous learning in HR.
