Travel Advisor – Luxury Sales Consultant

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Travel Advisor who will act as a sales consultant for a luxury travel company. The role focuses on consulting with high‑value clients, qualifying opportunities and closing premium travel sales, rather than traditional ticket booking.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Qualify leads and identify high‑ticket sales opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Present tailored travel solutions and communicate their value.
- Handle objections and close sales confidently.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow‑up activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Required profile
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in high‑ticket or luxury environments.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a phone‑based sales setting.
- Motivated by performance and earning potential.
- Coachability, organization and a results‑driven mindset.
