Treasury FX Analyst

About the role

The Treasury FX Analyst will lead the hedging strategy and execution across Addi's warehouse facilities, protecting the balance sheet from foreign‑exchange and rate volatility while ensuring covenant compliance and real‑time liquidity visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily cash‑flow projection models and provide real‑time liquidity insights.
• Map and document covenant structures, hedging requirements, and reporting obligations for each facility.
• Design and implement hedging strategies based on FX and interest‑rate exposure, risk appetite, and instrument constraints.
• Build live dashboards in Databricks/SQL to track hedging positions, market risk exposure, and covenant headroom.
• Centralize regulatory filing processes for Banco de la República, reducing reliance on external reminders.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of front‑office treasury experience in a bank or financial institution.
• Hands‑on execution, monitoring, and closing of FX and derivative transactions.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, especially Banco de la República FX regulations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with risk, compliance, and external financial partners.
