Trilingual Small Business Account Manager (EN/ES/FR)

About the role

You will own the post‑sale relationship for a portfolio of small‑business SaaS customers, acting as their strategic advisor. Fluent communication in English, Spanish and French is essential to drive retention, upsell opportunities and overall client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage a book of business, keeping detailed records in Salesforce and monitoring health, activity and renewal status.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, manage contract renewals 90 days in advance and mitigate churn risks.
• Coordinate and lead regular Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to present roadmap updates, gather feedback and demonstrate value.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, open support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless hand‑off post‑onboarding and stay involved in key ticket resolutions.
• Track account health metrics (NPS, ticket volume, usage) and share insights to refine retention playbooks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, customer success or a related role focused on retention and growth.
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio, reducing churn and meeting upsell targets.
• Deep understanding of value‑based relationship management and ability to engage with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and French.
