Vice President - Sales and Revenue Operations

About the role

Mastercard Services is looking for a strategic leader to head its Revenue Operations for the LAC and NAM regions. The Vice President will drive business development support, ensure operational excellence across the sales lifecycle, and build a high‑performing team in the Bogota hub.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove business development support for high‑value deals and strategic accounts.
• Ensure seamless sales‑lifecycle execution from Deal Desk through order management and billing.
• Act as the strategic regional partner for LAC and NAM, understanding market needs and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Manage escalations, incidents, and cross‑functional alignment with BD, A&CS, and regional functional leads.
• Collaborate with global Revenue Operations process owners, incorporating regional nuances.
• Govern and oversee local process operations teams.
• Lead talent management for the Bogota Revenue Operations hub, hiring, grooming, and fostering a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Transformation, Consulting, or Revenue/Sales Operations.
• Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end revenue lifecycle (sales, contracting, order management, billing, revenue assurance).
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in B2B services or SaaS environments.
