About the role
Join Porch Group as a Virtual Assistant supporting home inspection companies. You will handle incoming communications, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer calls, texts, and emails, providing price quotes and booking home inspections.
- Enter client details into booking software and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to general office correspondence and maintain a busy calendar for inspection teams.
Required profile
- Highly effective communicator with strong English proficiency and a neutral accent.
- Detail‑oriented, accurate, and committed to following defined SOPs.
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems, customer scenarios, and communication channels.
- Good judgment and decision‑making skills when answers are not clear.
- Quiet workspace with internet of at least 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
Required skills
- Strong computer skills; comfortable working on a computer for an entire shift.
- Proficiency in navigating websites and standard software applications.
- Digital communication skills across email, chat, and text.
