Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a senior executive at a fast‑growing startup. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting and event planning.
• Streamline internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation and reports.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision‑making and oversee project coordination across teams.
• Facilitate internal communication and collaboration using Google Workspace, Slack and Notion.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay proactive and handle multiple priorities without direct oversight.
• Comfortable with remote work tools and enthusiastic about leveraging AI to improve efficiency.

• Base salary $1,200 USD per month, up to $1,600 USD total with bi‑annual raises.
