Account Executive - Bogota

About the role

Teamtailor, a global Employer Branding and ATS SaaS platform used by over 13,000 companies and available in 90 countries, is hiring an Account Executive in Bogota. The role covers the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and requires coming into the office one day a week.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying prospects, scheduling and running customer meetings, negotiating proposals and closing deals.
• Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social networks such as LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success teams.
• Keep up with the product, internal processes and the industry, and share ideas and feedback with colleagues.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience; SaaS or HR platform experience is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail in managing the sales pipeline and forecasting.
• Passion for business growth and for closing new opportunities in new territories.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Apollo, Slack and Notion.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
