Account Manager, CRO

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is hiring an Account Manager for its CRO practice, working remotely. You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of 5-10 clients, managing relationships, delivery and performance while maintaining a book of business worth about $27K+ in monthly recurring revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, hold regular meetings, gather feedback and give updates
• Coordinate the pod: partner with Account Directors, assign tasks to designers and developers, set priorities and timelines
• Drive alignment across design, development and strategy teams through clear briefs, timelines and acceptance criteria
• Own all client communication and keep stakeholders informed
• Anticipate client needs, surface risks early and recommend solutions
• Maintain 90% of MRR from the client book and step in to lead other accounts when needed
• Use AI tools and the company's Nova ecosystem to improve efficiency and quality
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field; Master's a plus
• 1-3+ years of account management experience in a marketing agency
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing and advertising
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Required skills

• Project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Basecamp and Asana
• Ability to coordinate resources and deliver on time (90% on-time delivery in Asana)
• Attention to detail, documentation and quality control
