Account Manager – Telecom Operators

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Account Manager to lead commercial relationships with telecommunications operators. In this strategic position you will be responsible for growing existing accounts and uncovering new business opportunities within the telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Manage and expand strategic accounts with mobile and fixed network operators.
• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to design tailored telecom solutions.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key operator customers.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and commercial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager handling telecom operator accounts.
• Solid commercial experience working directly with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Fixed Network Operators or Telecom Carriers.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Post‑graduate studies in commercial or related fields are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of telecom solutions such as connectivity, mobile and fixed networks, transmission, fiber infrastructure, etc.
