Accountant – People Manager

About the role

You will manage a portfolio of complex, international captive insurance clients, serving as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day accounting activities and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements, supplemental information, and GAAP reports for each client.
• Reconcile cash and investment accounts, handle bank deposits and disbursements.
• Organise and execute annual audits, including regulatory filings.
• Maintain client files, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and prepare board‑meeting materials.

Required profile

• CPA designation with 3‑5 years of relevant experience in financial statement preparation and general ledger work.
• Proficient in English and the local language; CV must be in English.
• Strong organizational, prioritisation, and interpersonal skills.
