About the role
The Accounts Payable Representative (RBS) will support daily accounting activities with a focus on accounts receivable, customer service, and payment processing for SGS in Bogotá.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with credit card payment processing, troubleshoot online payment issues, and apply payments/credits to customer accounts.
- Coordinate refund requests, unapplied payments, and settlement of outstanding customer or COD accounts.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone or email, process billing, and support collections to reduce DSO.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information and contribute to quality system updates.
Required profile
- Technologist or professional degree in Administration, Finance or related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in finance, accounting, call‑center or customer service environments.
- Strong English communication skills (B2+/C1).
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of payment processing systems and accounts receivable procedures.
