About the role

The Accounts Payable Representative (RBS) will support daily accounting activities with a focus on accounts receivable, customer service, and payment processing for SGS in Bogotá.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with credit card payment processing, troubleshoot online payment issues, and apply payments/credits to customer accounts.
  • Coordinate refund requests, unapplied payments, and settlement of outstanding customer or COD accounts.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone or email, process billing, and support collections to reduce DSO.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information and contribute to quality system updates.

Required profile

  • Technologist or professional degree in Administration, Finance or related field.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in finance, accounting, call‑center or customer service environments.
  • Strong English communication skills (B2+/C1).

Required skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of payment processing systems and accounts receivable procedures.
