SAP FPSL Consultant – Insurance (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

As a SAP FPSL Consultant you will advise and support SAP Fioneer on financial and performance management processes, focusing on Insurance clients. You will work remotely from anywhere in Colombia while occasionally traveling to meet the team on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support SAP Fioneer in all relevant financial and performance management processes.
• Independently manage sub‑projects using agile and traditional methods.
• Assist in requirements analysis, design and implementation of customized financial and performance management solutions.
• Drive innovative solutions for Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) with S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud.
• Provide cross‑SAP support and act as an FPSL expert for clients and colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting or performance management within SAP projects.
• Experience with FPSL for insurance clients on S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and SAP solution design.
• Quick learner, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent English (oral and written).
