Amazon Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

This is Unicorn, a digital marketing agency, is hiring a fully remote Amazon Operations Manager to support its clients' Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts. The role covers inventory management, shipment coordination, promotions, product launches, content uploads, reporting and problem solving across several Amazon marketplaces (UK, EU, US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan). It starts on a probationary period at an hourly rate, with the option to move to a full-time position with a fixed monthly salary after a successful probation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of clients' Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts across marketplaces
• Set up, monitor and manage inventory, analyse levels and sales history to spot replenishment needs and overstock
• Coordinate shipments to Amazon warehouses and support new product launches
• Upload and update product content, and monitor listing performance
• Interact with Amazon Support to resolve operational issues
• Create reports on sales performance, inventory and other metrics, and recommend priorities and depriorities
• Analyse product performance across lines, variations and categories to find growth opportunities
• Investigate unfamiliar issues, propose solutions and keep clients and the team informed
• Take part in regular training, feedback and professional development

Required profile

• Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Interest in Amazon, e-commerce and digital marketing
• Comfortable working remotely and with a distributed team
• Detail-oriented, process-driven and good communicator in English; fluency in other European languages is a plus

Required skills

• Experience with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar
• Strong spreadsheet skills and data analysis
• Ability to calculate inventory requirements from sales performance and average daily sales
• Experience communicating with Amazon Support
