Associate Specialist – HR Services

About the role

The Associate Specialist, HR Services supports employees by resolving inquiries related to HR policies, processes, programs and systems. The role administers HR life‑cycle inquiries and transaction services throughout the new‑hire journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end support across the recruiting lifecycle, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer creation and onboarding assistance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidate and stakeholder inquiries, providing timely, accurate, professional responses.
• Coordinate new‑hire activities from interview stage through onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and adherence to timelines.
• Maintain audit compliance through accurate transaction processing, confidentiality, and handling of sensitive data per HIPAA and company standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and consistency of talent acquisition operations and contribute to process standardization.
• Support a scalable model capable of handling high‑volume, time‑sensitive workloads while ensuring data integrity.
