B2B Appointment Setter – Telemarketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven B2B Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this telemarketing position you will make high‑volume cold calls to commercial businesses, build rapport with decision‑makers and schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Make 60+ outbound cold calls daily to commercial businesses.
• Generate at least 24 qualified appointments per month.
• Schedule virtual or in‑person presentations for Sales Representatives.
• Conduct true cold calling with prospects that have had no prior interaction.
• Handle objections and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointment quality and alignment with business goals.
• Meet or exceed KPIs related to calls, appointments and conversions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of telemarketing experience, including B2B appointment setting.
• Proven track record in cold calling to decision‑makers.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and appointment qualification.
• Excellent verbal communication in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, reliable attendance and professional work ethic.
