B2B Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing U.S. provider of innovative packaging solutions for the foodservice industry. We are looking for a remote B2B Digital Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, lead generation, and marketing execution across North and South America and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies targeting fast‑casual and quick‑service restaurant decision‑makers.
• Drive lead generation through email campaigns, content marketing, social media, SEO and other digital initiatives.
• Support campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement and qualified leads.
• Track marketing performance, analyse insights and optimise future campaigns.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, customer behaviour, competitors and opportunities.
• Shape messaging and product positioning based on research insights.
• Create and manage content for blogs, newsletters, social media, digital catalogs and other channels.
• Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice across all materials.
• Organise participation in trade shows, conferences and industry events, handling logistics, booth design and collateral.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, production and creative teams to ensure aligned messaging and successful execution.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects independently.
• Strong experience in B2B marketing, especially within the foodservice or packaging sector.
• Ability to translate customer insights into effective campaigns and brand positioning.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
