B2B Sales Development Representative

About the role

Huzzle is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Development Representative to join its remote sales team. You will focus on high‑volume outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for senior sales staff while maintaining a clean CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound calls and multi‑channel outreach (email, LinkedIn) to B2B decision‑makers.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly activity targets, including call volume and qualified meetings booked.
• Conduct discovery conversations, handle objections, and convey Huzzle’s value proposition.
• Maintain accurate, organized records in the CRM and ensure diligent follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outbound strategies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional B2B sales experience, preferably in an SDR/BDR or lead‑generation role.
• Proven track record of meeting activity and meeting‑booking targets.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and objection‑handling skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable working in a target‑driven remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with high‑volume cold calling and engaging business decision‑makers.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
