About the role
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Expert to join an international travel assistance company. In this position you will interact with customers across phone, chat, and email, providing fast, empathetic solutions and identifying opportunities to add value.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver customer support via phone, chat, and email.
- Handle service‑related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Document interactions accurately and follow internal procedures.
- Identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case resolution.
Required profile
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- At least 6 months of certified customer service experience.
- Previous experience in the BPO industry is highly preferred.
- Availability to start by mid‑June 2026.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

- Salary of COP 2,850,000 per month.
- On‑site work in the north part of the city.
- Rotating shifts, five working days per week plus two days off.
