Bilingual Panel Onboarding & Activation Agent

About the role

Are you passionate about connecting with people, building trust and using your English skills daily in an international environment? Ibope, part of Fifty5Blue, is launching a regional audience‑measurement initiative and needs a Bilingual Panel Onboarding & Activation Agent to guide households through the onboarding journey and turn them into active participants in a leading measurement program.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily in English with households across the region, including North America, introducing them to the program and guiding them through onboarding.
• Build trust, answer questions, handle objections professionally and support participants throughout their journey.
• Maintain accurate records, follow operational procedures and collaborate with international teams.
• Achieve performance goals related to participant engagement, onboarding and retention.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2) with strong conversational skills.
• Technical degree, technologist diploma or ongoing university studies in business, communications, marketing, social sciences or related fields; or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, retention, collections, survey operations or similar phone‑based roles with a conversion focus.
• Previous experience interacting with North‑American customers or working in English is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities; able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
