About the role
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Business Development Manager to act as a trusted advisor to partners across Latin America. You will help shape and execute the Instant On networking strategy, driving revenue and pipeline growth while building strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with partners throughout Latin America, aligning with HPE Networking Instant On priorities.
- Drive end‑to‑end revenue, profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans and data‑driven sales initiatives.
- Articulate global and local business strategies to enable partners to “sell with,” “sell to,” and “sell through” HPE solutions.
- Coordinate Instant On activities, leveraging HPE specialists and marketing resources as needed.
- Align field sales efforts to increase pipeline value and revenue growth, leveraging the partner ecosystem.
- Lead Instant On programs and systems on behalf of partners to accelerate financial outcomes and foster loyalty.
Required profile
- Advanced subject‑matter expertise with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
- Proven experience leading functional project teams and participating in cross‑functional initiatives.
- Strong independent judgment and the capacity to guide process improvements and policy development.
- Ability to represent HPE to external customers and mentor junior team members.
