Business Development Manager – Lifestyle Partnerships (Colombia)

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its Global New Bets team and drive lifestyle partnership initiatives in Colombia. You will work closely with local and global strategic counterparties to expand the company’s proposition value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic deal‑making to improve and create local partnerships that strengthen Revolut’s offering in Colombia.
• Identify and validate new market opportunities by assessing customer needs, competition, regulatory landscape and commercial potential.
• Pitch and close lifestyle partnership deals, including embedded partnerships and new lifestyle bets.
• Own end‑to‑end market entry initiatives from sizing to launch, enabling rapid expansion into priority segments.
• Build and manage high‑impact relationships with local partners and ecosystem players.
• Co‑develop localized products and features with partners to ensure market fit and regulatory compliance.
• Drive market‑specific commercial negotiations, defining partnership structures, economics and operating models.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Legal, Operations, Risk and Compliance to remove barriers to entry.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced, top‑tier startup environment.
• Heavy exposure to negotiating partnerships with major players.
• Ability to co‑create products and navigate regulatory requirements.
