Client Partner, Real-Money Gaming – Colombia (Ad‑Sales)

About the role

The Client Partner (Brand Partnerships Manager) will drive revenue and build strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts in Colombia, helping clients achieve business results on TikTok through product consultation, education and support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead C‑suite conversations to increase revenue and grow strategic partnerships.
• Plan and align brand and TikTok resources to maximize opportunities.
• Educate clients on products, provide updates and advise on optimal approaches.
• Handle escalations, troubleshoot issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of media sales, digital marketing or online advertising experience.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bogota, Colombia.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Creative, strategic thinker with strong partnership and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Real‑Money Gaming knowledge and experience.
• Digital media advertising expertise.
• Understanding of self‑serve platforms, auction and biddable digital advertising buying.
• Familiarity with measurement solutions (BLS, CLS, attribution models, MMP).
