Client Service Team Assistant

About the role

Aidigital is hiring a Client Service Team Assistant in Bogota, Colombia, working remotely. The role covers NetSuite administration, client support and communication, organization of client paperwork, and triage of billing matters between clients and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite, handling client data and categorization and sales orders, and act as overall quality assurance for NetSuite client information, covering the pieces that cannot be automated based on media plans.
• Take part in customer onboarding calls and other client-facing meetings in a scribe capacity.
• Triage client requests (payments, paperwork, notary needs) to Finance, Operations, Legal and other teams.
• Keep all signed client paperwork and materials organized in Google Drive with a consistent taxonomy across all pods.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and Finance on invoice disputes, prepaid invoices and delayed payments, shielding Customer Success Managers from repeated collection emails and inquiries from the Growth team.

Required profile

• Based in Central and South America.
• Fluent in English, able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organized with extreme attention to detail.
• Experience in client-facing or project manager/coordinator roles is a strong advantage.
