About the role

We are looking for a passionate Cocinero to join our culinary team in Bogota. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment supporting Sky Dining, Airport Dining, Aviation Support, and other culinary services across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to company standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service for airport and airline clients.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of food supplies.
• Support continuous improvement of menu items and operational processes.
