About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cocinero to join our culinary team at GCG in Bogota. In this role you will contribute to delivering high‑quality meals for airport and sky‑dining services, supporting our mission to enhance travel experiences across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team to meet service demands during peak travel periods.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
