About the role
Join Roche as a Communications Intern and support internal communication, corporate events, and public affairs initiatives. You will gain hands‑on experience in administrative tasks, patient‑strategy support, and the distribution of educational kits.
Key responsibilities
- Lead updates and management of internal communication and coordinate corporate events.
- Assist in implementing public affairs and communications strategy, including CSR activities.
- Perform administrative tasks related to purchases, contracts, and donations.
- Supervise purchase, approval, and distribution of patient kits and educational materials, and manage inventory.
- Provide administrative support to the Patient Strategy team, including document handling and billing review.
Required profile
- Active student in Social Communication, Organizational Communication, or Communication.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to lead and coordinate events.
- Attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
