Community Chat Ambassador

About the role

As a Community Chat Ambassador you will nurture a vibrant, positive environment for players in the LATAM Community Chat. You will ensure chat rules are followed, promote engaging conversations, and support marketing initiatives while delivering excellent player support.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor chat conversations to enforce community guidelines and prevent offensive behavior.
• Remind members of rules and encourage respectful, active participation.
• Resolve player conflicts impartially and constructively.
• Provide assistance and answer questions, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Analyze chat activity to identify trends, problematic behavior, and improvement opportunities.
• Report recurring or serious issues to administrators and stakeholders.
• Gather and share player feedback on strengths and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on community trends and best moderation practices.
• Coordinate and manage innovative promotions and events to boost chat engagement.
• Promote marketing campaigns and platform features within the chat.
• Share communication suggestions with the team for continuous improvement.
• Process rewards granted through Community Chat activities accurately and promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or currently pursuing one.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑service related role.
• Strong communication and empathy to understand player emotions and needs.
• Proven conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Solid knowledge of the product and Community Chat rules.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions in difficult situations.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Creativity, adaptability and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
