Compensation Benefits Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Compensation Benefits Coordinator to join our Talent team in Bogotá, Colombia. The role will ensure proper execution of compensation processes, bringing structure, consistency, and equity to day‑to‑day operations while providing analysis to support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support compensation operations.
• Manage salary structures and compensation‑related information.
• Analyze salary data and prepare reports for decision‑making.
• Support leaders and HR teams in compensation‑related matters.
• Conduct market benchmarking and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with HR Operations, HRBPs, finance, consultants, and external providers.

Required profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in compensation, payroll, or salary data analysis.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits, salary structures, and labor legislation.
• High level of rigor, confidentiality, good judgment, and service orientation.
