Contract Specialist – Legal & Commercial Services

About the role

Accenture’s Legal and Commercial Services team is seeking a Contract Specialist to support the full contract lifecycle across multiple projects and geographies. The role works closely with sales, delivery and account leadership to ensure contracts deliver value, protect revenue and comply with policy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with contract management teams, account leaders and client stakeholders to understand priorities and support contract strategy.
• Identify, escalate and resolve commercial and contractual risks, working with project and contract managers.
• Assist pre‑award sales activities, including deal shaping discussions and contract drafting support.
• Maintain client‑facing relationships, building trust with client counterparts throughout the contract process.
• Support ongoing contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and Accenture policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management or related legal/commercial roles.
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with senior executives.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracting regulations, subcontracting practices and contract terms.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Experience with investigations, compliance, employee relations and workplace investigations is advantageous.
