Corporate Recruiter – Remote (Latin America & South Africa)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a recruiter to help build an elite, fast‑moving team. As a Corporate Recruiter you act as a brand ambassador and talent scout, owning the hiring process from start to finish. You will partner directly with leadership to source top‑tier talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process from intake call to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide every candidate with a seamless, respectful Blacksmith experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, cultural and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full‑time talent to enable rapid hiring.
• Keep a clean, data‑driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• High accountability mindset without need for micromanagement.
• Global perspective, comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a passion for streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
