About the role

Sezzle is seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent to join its fast‑growing fintech team. Based in Bogota, Colombia, this remote position supports consumers using Sezzle’s interest‑free installment platform, ensuring they have a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide clear, prompt, and empathetic support to customers via email, live chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex inquiries about Sezzle services.
Document solutions and create concise instructional content.
Collaborate with the product and development teams by sharing customer feedback and improvement ideas.
Act as an advocate for customers, reporting trends and suggesting innovative solutions.

Required profile

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven success in a fast‑paced support environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and take initiative.
Strong problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
