About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Barranquilla. You will be the first point of contact for members, attorneys and associates, handling inbound and outbound calls and providing accurate information and assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and record specific information from traffic citations and members’ driving records into the system.
- Explain relevant laws, procedures and required paperwork to members and log instructions.
- Complete membership updates, change forms and driving‑record requests, ensuring precise file notes.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the team lead and maintain accurate attendance records.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- At least 2 years of customer‑service experience.
- Fluent in English (B2+) – written and verbal.
- Computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
