About the role
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Customer Support & Content Moderation Operator to help keep our platform safe and high‑quality. The role is fully remote, working a fixed week‑shift schedule, and directly impacts user experience and community trust.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate advertisements to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
- Identify and remove spam or inappropriate content.
- Perform content checks using internal moderation tools (no phone or live‑chat interaction).
- Maintain a clean and smooth user experience across the platform.
- Report progress and issues to the manager during daily remote check‑ins.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in following moderation rules.
- Familiarity with back‑office tools and digital work environments.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish; Italian or Portuguese a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet daily quality standards, and adhere to the assigned shift.
- Availability for 5 days a week, 6 hours per day (12:00–18:00 COT / 18:00–00:00 CET).
