Data Governance Coordinator

About the role

The Data Governance Coordinator will support the Data Governance function for Inspire Brands’ portfolio, ensuring data and reporting are trustworthy, well‑documented, and accessible to the right users across six brands. This hybrid role combines operational oversight with close collaboration with security and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage report and data subscriptions.
• Partner with the Security team to define and enforce role‑based access.
• Own row‑level access through the Ops Dashboard and keep the visibility matrix up to date.
• Create and maintain employee groupings that drive row‑level security.
• Catalog data assets, agree on definitions and business rules, and certify trusted sources.
• Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Required profile

• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with metadata management, data quality, and data governance processes.
• Fully fluent in English.
