Digital Demand Generation Manager

About the role

Viva is looking for a Digital Demand Generation Manager to own the end‑to‑end demand engine for its US‑focused GTM team. This remote, Latin‑America‑based role is hands‑on, focused on building qualified pipeline and revenue rather than vanity metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Generate marketing‑qualified pipeline by designing and executing multi‑channel campaigns across paid media, LinkedIn, email and content targeting US mid‑market buyers.
• Plan, launch and optimise LinkedIn and Google paid campaigns, manage budgets, bidding and performance with direct revenue accountability.
• Own conversion rate optimisation across landing pages, demo flows and high‑intent pages, continuously reducing drop‑off using data‑driven testing.
• Track funnel metrics, model pipeline performance and maintain HubSpot for lead capture, routing, attribution and reporting.
• Build and maintain automation that keeps the demand engine running reliably.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
• Proven track record generating pipeline for US‑based buyers in a mid‑market environment.
• Hands‑on experience running and optimising paid media campaigns.
• Strong CRO background with measurable improvements.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM.
• Based in Latin America.
