Digital Marketing B2B HubSpot Growth Marketing and Automation Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing B2B HubSpot Growth Marketing and Automation Manager will lead the design and execution of high‑impact B2B marketing programs for our clients. Working closely with account, sales and client teams, you will shape omni‑channel strategies, monitor performance and continuously optimise the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional account teams to launch and manage B2B campaigns from kickoff to delivery.
• Develop and implement cross‑channel programs aligned with client KPIs and key moments in the buyer’s journey.
• Lead strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and ensure program effectiveness.
• Oversee creation of emails, forms, landing pages, reports and related marketing infrastructure.
• Build custom multi‑channel reports, define success metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain data hygiene, manage integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot and other platforms.
• Participate in campaign planning, budgeting, scheduling and copy development as needed.
• Identify target segments, design loyalty and engagement programs, and mitigate risks related to CRM changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B digital marketing and growth‑focused campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with sales, marketing and client teams.
• Detail‑oriented approach to data integrity and reporting.
