Director, Clinical Operations – Change Management (Hybrid)

About the role

The Director of Change Management leads the development, maintenance, and execution of the change management framework and Business Continuity Plan for Global Data Management & Standards (GDMS). Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, this senior role ensures that change initiatives are embedded across GDMS and aligned with Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate impact assessments for strategic transformation projects and disruptive incidents across GDMS and GCTO.
• Partner with functional heads to identify adoption risks and design targeted change management strategies.
• Maintain and govern the GDMS Business Continuity Planning framework, ensuring readiness and cross‑functional testing.
• Establish and lead a Change Management Champions Network, training leaders and project teams on change methodologies.
• Develop integrated change management plans, measurement approaches, and KPIs in collaboration with the PMO and communications team.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial operations and clinical data management.
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining change management frameworks and business continuity plans.
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills across global functional areas.
• Experience leading change initiatives in a complex, regulated environment.
