Facebook Ads Manager – Home Service Lead Generation

About the role

Valpo Agency is seeking a Facebook Ads Manager to drive qualified leads for U.S.-based home‑service contractors. You will own the performance of multiple client accounts, create high‑impact ad creatives, and continuously optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns for home‑service clients such as tree service, plumbing, HVAC and roofing.
• Generate high‑quality local leads that convert into booked jobs, not just form fills.
• Design, test and optimise ad creatives, copy, audiences and sales funnels.
• Set up Meta Pixel, custom conversions and event tracking.
• Monitor CPL, lead quality and ROAS daily, diagnosing and fixing performance issues quickly.
• Produce all ad creatives end‑to‑end using Canva, AI tools and stock assets.
• Collaborate on landing pages, strategy and client reporting.
• Manage ad spend responsibly across budgets ranging from $1K to $50K+ per month.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Facebook Ads for U.S. businesses (home‑service experience a plus).
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, audience targeting and optimisation.
• Proven track record of generating leads at a profitable cost‑per‑lead.
• Strong ad copywriting ability.
• Self‑starter who thrives with autonomy and takes ownership of results.
