Fashion Paid Advertising Specialist, Client Experience

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is hiring a Fashion Paid Advertising Specialist focused on client experience. The role supports the execution and performance of paid advertising campaigns across its book of business, partnering closely with the lead Strategist or independently owning end-to-end strategy for a select group of core clients. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with accurate setup, tracking, naming conventions and QA, with zero revenue-impacting errors.
• Manage timelines, budgets, pacing and day-to-day performance autonomously.
• Run and optimize campaigns end-to-end: ad builds, optimizations, reporting, pacing and performance monitoring.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities, form test hypotheses and recommend data-backed optimizations aligned to client goals.
• Keep budgets paced and within plan, flagging risks early.
• Own client testing roadmaps, including project management of next steps and prioritization of experiments.
• Prepare and present performance reports and recaps with clear data storytelling.
• Use the company's tools (Nova ecosystem, Power Circuit, Creative Affinity) and leverage AI to improve efficiency and analysis.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• 1-2 years of digital marketing; agency experience a plus.
• 1+ years in direct response marketing for e-commerce; lead generation and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years leading paid advertising strategy for direct response campaigns.
• 1 year of client-facing communication experience.

Required skills

• 1+ years with Meta or Google Ads for direct response; additional platforms a plus.
• Google Analytics and Shopify; other technical platforms a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills and data analytics skills.
