Financial Project Controller Analyst

About the role

The Financial Project Controller Analyst will ensure accurate project financial reporting in line with IFRS, internal policies, and Nokia accounting principles. Based in Bogota, you will work closely with project managers, finance, audit, and accounting teams to provide financial insight and support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects in the ERP system.
• Support PM/PMO teams in understanding accounting impacts of actuals and forecasts.
• Assess and document changes in accounting treatment for projects in execution.
• Ensure compliance with Revenue Recognition Board decisions.
• Monitor and control project balance‑sheet items, perform netting exercises, and verify order backlog.
• Provide accurate reporting of sales, costs, and balance‑sheet items for assigned projects.
• Assist internal and external auditors with project financial information.
• Deliver performance reviews and financial insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience in finance or project controlling.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
• Understanding of IFRS standards.
• Familiarity with RRB (Revenue Recognition Board) policy.
• Experience with financial accounting and reporting.
• Skills in financial planning and forecasting.
• Analytical abilities for financial data analysis.
