Fleet Regional Operations Supervisor

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Fleet Regional Operations Supervisor based in Bogotá. The role partners with the leadership team to coordinate day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, fuel management, driver issue resolution, compliance, risk management and stakeholder management. It acts as a liaison between leasing companies, fleet management companies, original equipment manufacturers and internal Johnson & Johnson functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet activities such as vehicle delivery and return, maintenance and repairs to ensure efficiency and a good experience for fleet-eligible employees, and help resolve their fleet-related escalations.
• Serve as a support contact and liaison with LCs, FMCs, OEMs, other fleet vendors and suppliers, and resolve conflicts between Johnson & Johnson and its suppliers.
• Balance local business needs with the Global Fleet strategy by collaborating with internal stakeholders on fleet demand forecasting and ordering specific vehicle models and specifications.
• Support implementation of strategies and process improvements to make local fleet operations cost-effective and efficient.
• Review supplier service delivery against KPIs and service level agreements, and analyze regional and market-level fleet performance data to identify cost-effective efficiencies.
• Provide regular status updates on regional fleet activities, escalations and potential risks to the GS Fleet Operations Manager.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in fleet operations, procurement or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
• Proven experience in fleet or similar program/portfolio management, including managing relationships with FMCs, OEMs and other suppliers and meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of fleet operations best practices and regional regulations.
• Advanced English is a must.
