About the role
Join Gallagher as an FP&A Analyst to support revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and SOX controls across multiple business lines. You will work closely with operational and broker systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate revenue updates, reconcile projections, and validate data from operational and broker systems.
- Prepare and upload forecasts using OneStream and Excel, monitor performance, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct variance analysis, draft commentary for leadership, and support internal reporting.
- Assist with SOX controls, exception monitoring, and audit evidence collection.
- Maintain revenue details for internal reports and ad‑hoc analytics, including revenue‑share calculations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial services or insurance operations.
- Advanced English proficiency.
