FP&A Manager

About the role

Addi is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to build and scale the integrated financial engine that powers its banking operations in Colombia. You will provide a forward‑looking view of capital, liquidity, and earnings to support high‑stakes strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a fully integrated 3‑statement financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) covering all legal entities.
• Embed Colombian regulatory capital mechanics (encaje, solvencia, IRL) into the model, ensuring 100% compliance with SFC reporting.
• Establish a three‑track reconciliation framework (NIIF, IFRS 9, Management Reporting) that explains all provision and tax‑effect variances.
• Produce monthly “Base vs. Downside” scenario analyses to define capital headroom for CFO decision‑making.
• Improve operational efficiency by reducing the monthly forecasting cycle time by 20% through automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning & analysis within banking or fintech environments.
• Strong understanding of Colombian regulatory capital requirements.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
