About the role
This position provides advanced administrative support within UPS Global Business Services, handling complex reporting, data reconciliation, and small‑scale projects while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex reports and compile information from multiple sources.
- Reconcile and audit billing data flow across source systems, collection, and accounting platforms.
- Coordinate meetings, manage mail distribution, and perform general office duties such as word processing and data entry.
- Guide less experienced staff and may direct the work of others.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and escalate issues when needed.
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably with billing knowledge.
- Fluent English (B2 level) and ability to follow documented procedures.
Required skills
- Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, macros, logical functions).
