Graphic Designer – Packaging & Digital Content (Remote LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a multi‑disciplinary Graphic Designer to own visual output for premium packaging and high‑performance digital content. The role is fully remote for candidates located in LATAM and reports to the Art Director.

Key responsibilities

• Design primary and secondary packaging from concept to print‑ready files, ensuring luxury brand standards.
• Create Amazon A+ content and product imagery optimized for conversion.
• Produce digital assets for organic social (Instagram, TikTok) and paid media (Meta, Google Ads).
• Use Figma to build web‑ready assets, landing pages, and e‑commerce experiences.
• Develop and maintain Canva templates for quick‑turn social content.
• Integrate AI tools into the workflow for mood‑boarding, ideation, and asset generation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion or lifestyle.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of typography, file types, print production processes, and packaging design.
• Proven experience creating Amazon A+ content with measurable impact.
• Proficiency in Canva and Google Suite for collaborative design.
• Active, documented use of AI generative or workflow tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating a clean, modern, editorial aesthetic.
